Listing videos from a link
The quickest way in is the listing itself. In Listing video, paste the link and tap Read the listing. Voxcene goes through the photos on the page and keeps the ones of the property, in tour order. It also pulls out the facts buyers ask about first.

Your agency's look on every tour
If you paste a link from your agency's own website, Voxcene takes your logo, colours and typeface from it. They're used for the titles, the end card and the logo in the corner. The end card says who to call, with the agent's name and phone.
With a property portal link it won't borrow the portal's identity, since a listing site isn't your brand. It picks colours that suit the home instead. Then choose where the video will play, such as Reels or your website, and how long it should run.

Every photo moves, every fact on screen
A slideshow of still photos is easy to scroll past. In a listing video, each scene gets its own camera move, like a push in or a slow pan along a window, and leads into the next with a proper transition.
The numbers buyers look for appear on screen as titles. A voice walks through the home in the listing's language (or English or Greek), and captions follow along for people watching with the sound off. Music and a colour look that flatters interiors run underneath, and an end card closes it.

Questions people ask
Can Voxcene make a video from a listing link?
Yes. Paste the link into Listing video and Voxcene reads the page: the photos, the price, the rooms, the area and the agent. You check the facts, then it edits a narrated, captioned tour from them.
Will it make up details about the property?
No. The video only says what the listing says. Before anything is made you see the price, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, location and features, so you can correct a number before it's spoken.
What if I don't have a link?
Tap Add photos & videos myself and add between 3 and 12 of your own photos and clips, then type the details. The first photo opens the video, and you can move any shot earlier.
What does a listing video cost?
Listing video is part of Premium. It uses AI credits: 10 for the edit and 4 for each scene it makes. Before you start, the button shows the most it can cost: 34 credits with 3 photos, 70 with 12. Premium includes 600 credits a month.
Can Voxcene do virtual staging or sky replacement?
Not in this version. The tour uses your photos as they are, with camera moves, titles, music and a colour look on top.
Can I change the video after it's made?
Yes. It opens as a normal project in the editor, so you can change a cut, a word, a caption, the music or the colour, then export it, in up to 4K on Premium.
Does it post to Instagram for me?
No. You export the finished video and share it from your iPhone to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, your website or a buyer's WhatsApp.
