Best moments doesn't guess what's interesting. It measures. Starting from each word in your transcript, it looks at the next 30 seconds and counts the words. The stretches with the most speech rank highest, and you get up to five, none overlapping.

For one clip, yes: it finds the strongest 30 seconds in what you said and keeps that clip. For several clips at once, each its own project, use Long Video to Reels.
How does it find the best moments?
By counting. Voxcene slides a 30-second window along your transcript and counts the words that land in each one, and the stretches where the most gets said rank highest. You get up to five, never overlapping.
Does it cost credits?
