01 · From a link Premium

Paste a property listing link

Copy the link to the property's page and paste it under Listing link. When you tap Read the listing, Voxcene looks at every photo and reads the page, which takes about a minute. It keeps only the pictures of this home and puts them in the order a viewing would go. The strongest view or exterior comes first, then the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and outside. Logos, agent headshots, maps and other listings are left out.

Next you see what it found on Is this right?: price, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, location, features and who to call. Nothing is invented. A detail the page doesn't state stays empty, and the screen asks you to fix anything that's wrong, since Voxcene only says what's there.

If the link is your agency's own website, it also picks up your logo, colours and typeface. On a big listing portal it won't borrow the portal's branding, and chooses a look that suits the home instead.

  • Reads the listing's photos and details
  • Keeps only photos of the home, in viewing order
  • Never invents a number, and you check each detail
  • Your agency's site: its logo, colours and typeface

02 · Your own

Or use your own photos

If there's no listing page yet, or the site won't let apps read it, tap Add photos & videos myself and pick between 3 and 12 photos or clips from your phone. The first one opens the video. Tap Move earlier to change the order, or Remove to drop a shot.

Fill in the details you want said (or leave them out) and choose where the video will play: vertical for Reels · TikTok · Shorts, square for an Instagram post, or wide for YouTube · website. Each shot is cropped to fill the frame, so you won't see black bars. A wide room in a vertical video is slowly walked across instead of squashed.

Got something to add, like an open house? Type it under Anything to mention? and the edit is told about it too.

Captions, music and branding added

Tap Make the video and Voxcene edits the whole tour. A voice talks through the home in short, plain lines, and the captions are written from that same script in a calm, legible style. Photos move with gentle zooms and pans, and scenes change with real transitions. The cuts land on the beat of the music, and key facts like the price or the size can appear as titles on screen.

With a brand, the titles use its typeface and colours and the logo sits in a corner. The video closes on a card that says what to do next and who to call. If you make two videos of the same listing, they won't be edited alike.

When it's ready, tap Open in the editor. It's an ordinary Voxcene project, so you can change the music, restyle the captions, trim a scene or swap a photo before you export.

  • A narrated tour, with captions from the script
  • Music, with the cuts on the beat
  • Titles, your logo, and an end card with who to call

FAQ

Questions people ask

How do I make a real estate video from a listing?

In Voxcene, open Create → Listing video, paste the listing's link and tap Read the listing. Check the details it found, choose the format, length and language, and tap Make the video. You get a narrated, captioned tour with music, ready to edit and export.

Can I use my own photos instead of a link?

Yes. Tap Add photos & videos myself, add between 3 and 12 photos or video clips, and type the details yourself: price, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, location, features and who to call.

Will it make up details about the property?

No. It records only what the listing says and leaves a field empty when the page doesn't say it. You check every detail on the Is this right? screen before anything is made, and the narration only claims what the details and the pictures show.

Does it use my agency's logo and colours?

When the link is your agency's own website, Voxcene picks up its logo, colours and typeface and uses them for the titles, the end card and the logo. On a listing portal it never uses the portal's branding. It picks colours that suit the home instead.

What formats and lengths can it make?

Vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, square for an Instagram post, or 16:9 for YouTube and a website. Each can be 30, 45 or 60 seconds long.

Which site links work?

Most listing pages can be read. Some sites don't let apps read their pages; when that happens, Voxcene says so and you can add the photos and details yourself.

What does a listing video cost?

Listing video is part of Premium. It uses 4 AI credits for each scene, including the closing card, plus 10 for the AI edit. The button shows the most it can cost before you start (34 credits with three photos, 70 with twelve), and you're charged for the scenes actually made.
