Furnish an empty room
Empty rooms tend to look small and cold in photos. Buyers scroll past because they can't picture a sofa against that wall or a bed under that window. Staging helps with that, and these days it doesn't need a van of hired furniture.
In Create images with AI, add your photo of the room under Photos to work from and describe what should go in it. Voxcene keeps the room recognisable and changes only what you asked for. The furnished picture is saved to Your AI assets. Because it's a new picture drawn from yours, compare the windows and doors with the real room before you publish.

Any style you can put into words
There's no fixed list of looks to pick from. You describe the style yourself, so the room can suit the buyer you're after, whether that's a flat for a young professional or a calm bedroom for a holiday let. You get up to 600 characters to write it.
Specific words get you closer, so name the pieces, the colours and the materials. If the first take isn't right, Recreate this tries the same words again. You can also change the wording and tap Generate another. Each picture costs 5 AI credits.

Photos show the rooms, but a video walks people through the home. Listing video is on the Create tab, next to Create images with AI. Paste a listing link, or choose Add photos & videos myself and add between 3 and 12 of your staged rooms from Photos. Voxcene then edits the tour.

Shoot from a corner at chest height with the lights on, so the floor, walls and windows read clearly.

Open Create images with AI
On the Create tab, under Images, tap Create images with AI.

Under Photos to work from, tap Add a photo and pick the room.

Describe the furniture
In What should the picture show?, say how the room is furnished and in what style, then choose a Frame. 16:9 suits listing sites.

Tap Generate image. The staged room is saved to Your AI assets; open it and tap Save to put it in Photos.

What is virtual staging?
Virtual staging adds furniture and decor to a photo of an empty room, so buyers and renters can picture living in the space. You don't have to hire furniture or book a photographer for a second shoot.
How do I virtually stage a room on my iPhone?
Open Create images with AI in Voxcene, add the empty room under Photos to work from, describe the furniture and style, and tap Generate image. The furnished picture is saved to Your AI assets.
Will the walls and windows stay the same?
Voxcene asks for the room in your photo to stay recognisable and for only what you describe to change. The picture is drawn new, though, so compare the windows, doors and floor with the real room before you publish it, and recreate it if anything moved.
How much does virtual staging cost?
Create images with AI is part of Premium and costs 5 AI credits a picture. Premium includes 600 AI credits a month, and credit packs are available. A picture that is refused or can't be made isn't charged.
Do I need to say a listing photo is virtually staged?
Many listing sites, agencies and local rules ask you to label virtually staged photos and to keep an unstaged one alongside. Check the rules where you list, because Voxcene doesn't add a label for you.
Can it remove the old furniture first?
There's no separate remove-furniture tool in this version. You can describe the change, for example “replace the old sofa with a grey linen one”, and the new picture is drawn that way. Results vary most when a room is full.
Can I turn staged photos into a property video?
Yes. Save the staged pictures to Photos, then open Listing video, choose Add photos & videos myself and add between 3 and 12 photos or videos. Voxcene edits the tour and adds music and captions.
