Talk to a person
Mail goes to the person who builds the app, not a ticket queue. Write in English or Greek.
Send a message
Sent. It landed with the developer. Replies come from [email protected] — if nothing arrives, check the folder your mail app hides things in.
Or write directly
[email protected] takes everything about the app — something broken, a question about your plan or billing, a feature you wish existed.
If you are reporting a problem, three things make the fix faster:
- What you did, step by step.
- What happened, and what you expected instead.
- Which project it happened in, if it involves a specific one.
Your data
[email protected] handles anything about personal data — access, export, deletion, or a question about how something is processed. What is collected and how long it is kept is written down in the Privacy Policy.
Before you write
The Help page explains how the app works, start to finish, and what to do when something misbehaves. The FAQ answers the common questions — devices, languages, billing, refunds, what happens to your footage. If the answer is on either, it is faster than any reply.
